After living in Orlando for over six years, I finally made the time to actually go to Halloween Horror Nights! It was a unusally cold night around this time of year in Florida but it was a lovely night nonetheless!

We didn’t go to any of the “scare houses” because each one had a two hour wait and none of us had any interest in that long of a wait.

So we went on rides and checked out HHN shows. Specifically, we checked out the Rocky Horror Picture Show Tribute, Jaws(which is so amazing at night!), the Men in Black ride, and Bill and Ted’s Excellent Halloween Adventure. Bill and Ted’s party was the highlight of the night, with every pop culture phenomenon of 2009 being spoofed. It reminded me what utter crap has come out in music and movies this year. It was an extremely funny show and well worth the money we spent!

I am really glad I got to check out some of the attractions. Everything from sets to costumes were well designed and while nothing was scary, I did enjoy the whole night.

However, because of my trip to Universal, I now have a desire to see The Blue Man Group perform. Dammit!
